Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
In a separate bowl mix the water, egg and oil.
Add the two mixtures together and form a dough.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle shape around 8 x 14 inches.
Drizzle with the honey, cinnamon and nuts.
Starting from a long edge roll into spiral shape and then cut into slices. Place these slices face up (so the spiral faces upwards) on a baking tray.
Bake for 15 minutes and then allow to cool before serving.
